【Baking Recipe】Sugar-free Almond Cookies


Ingredients

Yihao Superior Anhydrous Shortening: 100g

Sugar-free Baking Sweetener: 45g

Milk Powder: 50g

Salt: 1g

Eggs: 30g

Baking Soda: 1g

Milk: 30g

Cake Flour: 200g

Production Process:

1. Mix Yihao Superior Anhydrous Shortening and sugar-free baking sweetener evenly, add milk and milk powder and mix well, add salt and eggs and rub until fluffy.

2. Add cake flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix well to form a dough, set aside.

3. Divide the dough into 10g portions each, roll into balls, flatten, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with almond slices.

4. Bake in the oven. Baking temperature: Top fire 180°C, bottom fire 150°C, about 18 minutes, bake until golden brown.
