Using garlic to identify gutter oil is very practical

Place a peeled garlic clove into the oil you want to test. Garlic is most sensitive to aflatoxins. If the garlic turns red, it is gutter oil and contains a large amount of aflatoxins.

When testing with good cooking oil, the garlic will remain white.

Put your cooking oil in the refrigerator. 2 hours. If white foam appears, it is gutter oil.
