Job responsibilities: Food production (margarine) engineer, R&D supervisor (baking industry)

1. Engaged in margarine food production and processing, responsible for the design, development and research of new products, new technologies, new materials and new processes;
2. Organize, supervise, coordinate and provide services for all aspects of the company's product development and improvement;
3. Formulate new product development plans and organize their implementation, complete feasibility analysis, input and output of planning, review and verification, etc.;
4. Research technical problems that occur during the production of the company's products, find out the causes, and provide technical support to the technical department and production department.

Job requirements:
Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred, familiar with food safety, food performance, nutrition, processing technology, food additives and other related professional backgrounds, familiar with the testing requirements and technical information of related products/processes in the food industry, high professional and technical level and comprehensive management ability, good management skills, leadership, coordination and public relations ability. Strong sense of responsibility, love the job, be diligent and motivated.

Recruitment: Laboratory Technician

Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sample collection and sample preparation;
2. Perform testing and sample retention of raw materials, process products, and finished products;
3. Complete on-duty production process inspections and finished product warehouse inspections, and fill in records;
4. Ensure the accuracy and validity of test data, and carefully fill in quality records;
5. Perform sanitation and cleaning work at the work site.

1. College degree or above, laboratory related major;
