Making Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredients:

Yihao premium yellow butter : 240g Sugar-free powdered sugar: 80g Sugar-free syrup: 100g

Salt: 4g Milk powder: 25g Whole egg; 60g Baking soda; 2g

Baking powder: 1.5g Cocoa powder: 18g

Chocolate beans: 80g Low-gluten flour: 400g

Production process:

1, Yihao premium yellow butter Sugar-free syrup, sugar-free powdered sugar, whip

2. Then add the eggs and stir well.

3. Add salt, milk powder, baking soda, and baking powder.

4. Add cocoa powder and chocolate beans and stir well.

5. Add flour and mix well.

6. Shaping: Form into squares, freeze for 40 minutes, then slice.

7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake.

Oven temperature: 180°C top heat/150°C bottom heat
