Making Earl Grey Tea with Sugar and Egg Yolk


Ingredients:

Yihao premium anhydrous shortening : 300g

Sugar-free syrup: 115g

Sugar-free powdered sugar: 95g

Salt: 3g Egg yolks: 100g

Cooked salted egg yolks: 150g

Milk powder: 40g Low-gluten flour: 425g

Milk flavor powder: 3g

Production process:

1. Sift the powders and set aside.

2. Mix the sugar-free syrup, sugar-free powdered sugar, and egg yolks until well combined.

3. Add Yihao premium anhydrous shortening Whip until 70% peak.

4. Then add the salted egg yolks.

5. Finally, add the powders.

6. Shape into 10g portions, roll into balls, and place them on a baking sheet.

7. Bake.

Oven temperature: Top 183°C/Bottom 140°C
