Chocolate Chip Cookies


Yihao Premium Ghee: 210g Powdered sugar: 110g

Salt: 3g Eggs: 50g

Cake flour: 400g Aluminum-free baking powder: 4g

Chocolate chips: 100g

Production process:

1. Combine Yihao Premium Ghee , powdered sugar, and salt until well blended.

2. Add eggs, sifted cake flour, and chocolate chips and mix well.

3. Shape into a square and freeze or refrigerate until firm enough to cut into 0.5cm slices.
