Making milky sliced cake


Whole eggs: 1800g Fine sugar: 1200g

Low-gluten flour: 1800g Baking powder: 80g

Milk powder: 80g Salt: 18g

Milk: 180g Yihao unsalted butter: 1100g

Production process:
1. Yihao unsalted butter 、sugar, and salt are beaten until fluffy. Gradually add the eggs and mix well. Then add the sifted low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder, and mix well. Finally, add the milk and mix well.

2. Fill the loaf pan with batter to 80% full. Bake at 180°C (upper and lower heat) for about 35 minutes.
