Madeleine Cake

Ingredients:

Eggs   50g Sugar  50g

Honey   10g Lemon Zest  2g

Orange Zest   2g Low-gluten Flour  50g

Yihao Premium Yellow Butter 80g

Steps:

1. Grate lemon and orange zest, set aside. Mix eggs and sugar, add honey.

2. Add sifted flour, mix well, add fruit zest, mix well.

3. Yihao Premium Yellow Butter Heat until browned, pour into batter while hot, mix well (batter is completed overnight baking).

4. Use a piping bag to squeeze into molds, bake in oven at 200 degrees Celsius (upper and lower heat), for about 8 minutes, cool and demold.
