How to make a milk-flavored pumpkin pie

Ingredients:
Pie Crust: 125g low-gluten flour, 30g powdered sugar, 50g Yihao yellow butter, 2 egg yolks
Filling: 250g pumpkin, 30g granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 125g heavy cream
Instructions:
1. Cut the softened Yihao yellow butter into small pieces, add powdered sugar and flour, and rub together until it resembles coarse crumbs;
2. Add two egg yolks and mix into a dough;
3. Knead the dough until smooth, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes;
4. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces, steam until cooked, and mash into pumpkin puree;
5. Add granulated sugar and mix well;
6. Add two eggs and mix well;
7. Add heavy cream and mix well to create the pumpkin filling;
8. After taking the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a 0.5cm thick round disc, place it in a pie dish, press the edges and bottom firmly, and use a rolling pin to remove excess dough from the edges;
9. Use a fork to prick some small holes in the bottom of the crust to prevent it from puffing up during baking;
10. Pour the pumpkin filling into the pie crust, filling it to about 90% capacity;
11. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake in the middle rack at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150°C (300°F) and bake for another 30 minutes.
