Ingredients
Yihao anhydrous shortening 400g
Syrup 200g
Powdered sugar 120g
Eggs 120g
Coffee powder 85g
Baking soda 10g
15g of smelly powder
Peanut granules 350g
Low-gluten flour 650g
Instructions

Sift the powders and set aside.

Mix Yihao anhydrous shortening and syrup, powdered sugar until well combined.

Gradually add eggs and mix until slightly fluffy.
