Coffee Nut [Baking Recipe]


Ingredients

Yihao anhydrous shortening  400g

Syrup 200g

Powdered sugar 120g

Eggs 120g

Coffee powder 85g

Baking soda 10g

15g of smelly powder

Peanut granules 350g

Low-gluten flour 650g

Instructions

  1. Sift the powders and set aside.

  2. Mix Yihao anhydrous shortening and syrup, powdered sugar until well combined.

  3. Gradually add eggs and mix until slightly fluffy.

  4. Then add peanuts and mix well.

  5. Finally, add the powders and shape into 15g pieces each.

  6. Decorate the surface with oat flakes.

  7. Place in a baking pan and bake.

Oven temperature: 180°C top heat/160°C bottom heat, time about 15 minutes.
