Operation and training of a pie shop chain enterprise

Abstract

The development of modern bakery chain enterprises largely depends on production, sales, and product promotion. How to integrate these three aspects flexibly and interlockingly is an important issue facing managers. Conversely, the more chain stores are opened, the less the profit margin may increase; the faster the development, the greater the risk of failure. Only by subdividing each link, conducting targeted training, and improving the work ability and personal qualities of employees at all levels can we adapt to the future management requirements of chain enterprises.

The development of modern bakery chain enterprises largely depends on production, sales, and product promotion. How to integrate these three aspects flexibly and interlockingly is an important issue facing managers. Conversely, the more chain stores opened, the less likely the profit margin will increase; the faster the development, the greater the risk of failure. Only by subdividing each link, conducting targeted training, and improving the work ability and personal qualities of employees at all levels can we adapt to the future requirements of chain enterprise operation and management.

I. Responsibilities and Training of Store Managers The establishment and fulfillment of the store manager's responsibilities are the core of the business philosophy. The responsibilities are aimed at improving the operating efficiency of the bakery, ensuring service quality, and meeting customer needs.

1. Store managers should be good at discovering excellent talents, paying attention to cultivating a good atmosphere among employees, and boosting morale;

2. Learning Management Aspects:

A. Setting sales plans and short-term goals to improve performance: formulating daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, and various preparations to ensure the realization of the plans;

B. Financial data and preliminary budget: including supervision of the changes in daily production costs and turnover, sales data of various products, and the application of various reports;

C. Being good at establishing a sales scene (proactive sales), at appropriate times, implementing proactive sales strategies to attract customers' desire to buy;

D. Regularly or irregularly holding training activities, mastering marketing skills, personal etiquette and behavioral norms, basic product knowledge, conducting training on relevant courses to meet the job requirements;

E. Timely communication between headquarters and branches, understanding the various information and operating conditions of competitors;

F. Formulating safety measures to prevent emergencies.

The above points are part of the store manager's work. If the ability of store manager-level cadres reaches a certain level, all branches can be integrated into the overall operation, giving full play to the advantages of different consumer groups in different regions, and achieving the goal of overall economic growth for the enterprise.

II. Product Research and Development Company product research and development largely depends on the existing purchasing power of consumers. Personnel engaged in product development, in addition to the company's main products, must conduct detailed investigations based on the consumption habits, consumption capacity, and consumption level of the region, and even the consumption peak periods of the same product at different times of the same day, to guide production and adapt to market changes. The content of product research and development includes the following points:

1. According to the situation of the branches, describe the product structure, whether the price is reasonable, and how the product meets the attractive requirements;

2. Starting from the formula, making the product's flavor, taste, texture, shape, and color meet the requirements through repeated trial production, trial sales, and evaluation, and formulating product production standards;

3. The addition and subtraction of product cost and weight should be balanced with price as a lever to form a diversified variety;

4. Actively understand whether customer needs for products focus on quality, price, or both;

5. Grasping the sales time of products: promoting and introducing products during the daily sales peak, adjusting production time and processes to ensure product freshness;

6. Determining reasonable production arrangements based on production capacity, correcting bad habits, and making the production process smooth;

7. The creators of new products have the responsibility to participate in the promotional activities of the product and understand the market situation, assisting in formulating promotional plans for new products. Different customer groups have different specific promotional methods.

III. Cultivating All-Round Talents If production personnel and sales personnel are compared to individual entities, each entity is an independent part, then the entire enterprise will form the following phenomena: production, sales, and promotion. This primitive state of the enterprise is difficult to give full play to the enterprise's own advantages. The development of modern chain enterprises requires that the enterprise's talents continuously contribute to each related department, making the enterprise full of vitality and potential.

What qualities do all-round talents possess?

1. High loyalty to the enterprise;

2. Good personal image and standard etiquette;

3. Applying rich practical experience and product knowledge in promotion work;

4. Using business skills, having a rich knowledge base, and handling daily work.

All-round talents are the professional backbone of the enterprise, cooperating with store managers and managers to participate in production management, assisting in regular initial training of general employees, participating in event analysis, and research on production and development.

Enterprise competition ultimately boils down to talent competition. Therefore, by incorporating all-round talent training plans, improving training mechanisms, and improving the overall quality of employees, truly putting people first, enterprises can further develop.
