Palace Peach Crisp


Abstract

1. Mix Yihao liquid ghee, beaten egg liquid, and fine sugar in a large bowl. 2. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda evenly, and sieve. 3. Pour crushed walnuts into flour and mix well.

Ingredients:

200g plain flour 100g caster sugar 30g chopped walnuts

Yihao Liquid Ghee 110g Eggs 20g

1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda

Baking: Middle level, 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.

Production process:
1. Mix Yihao liquid ghee, beaten egg liquid, and fine sugar in a large bowl.
2. Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda evenly, and sieve.
3. Pour crushed walnuts into flour and mix well.
4. Pour the flour into the vegetable oil mixture in the first step and knead it into a dough.
5. Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a small ball.
6. Flatten the small balls and put them in the baking tray. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface, put it in a preheated oven and bake until the surface is golden brown.
