Ingredients: (Makes 9 pieces)
A. Yihao Superior Yellow Butter 250g, White Chocolate 250g
B. Whole Eggs 400g, Granulated Sugar 250g
C. Low-gluten Flour 250g, Almond Slices 250g
D. White Chocolate 10g, Dark Chocolate 30g
Instructions:
1. Melt ingredients A in a container over a double boiler and set aside.
2. Combine ingredients B in a container and beat until the mixture falls slowly when lifted.
3. Gradually add step 1 to step 2 and mix well.
4. Add sifted ingredient C (low-gluten flour) to step 3 and mix well.
5. Pour step 4 into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
6. Bake step 5 at 180℃ (top)/150℃ (bottom) for about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
7. Melt ingredients D separately over a double boiler; pour the melted white chocolate over the cake surface, spread evenly, and then pipe lines of dark chocolate.
8. Finally, use a toothpick to create patterns in step 8, then cut into pieces.
Notes:
1. Preheat oven to 180/150℃.
2. Chop the white and dark chocolate separately and set aside.
3. Sift all powders and set aside.
4. Toast the almond slices and set aside.
5. Prepare baking pan with parchment paper.
6. Heat the knife before cutting to prevent crumbling.
