Fragrant Cranberry Shortbread


Ingredients:

Yihao焦香奶油 500g powdered sugar 400g

200g eggs 900g low-gluten flour

5g salt 80g chopped cranberries

Instructions:

1. Yihao焦香奶油 Soften and mix with powdered sugar at low speed.

2. Quickly stir until white.

3. Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

4. Sift flour and salt, then add and mix well.

5. Add cranberries and mix well.

6. Line the baking sheet with high-temperature cloth, place the dough on top and press into a 2.5cm thick rectangle.

7. Refrigerate until almost completely hardened.

8. Take it out and cut into 8.5cm strips.

9. Cut into 0.4cm slices.

10. Arrange and bake.

Baking temperature: 170/130℃

Baking time: 15 minutes
