Yihao Caramel Butter 340g Brown sugar 400g

Yihao Premium Shortening 120g Sweetened condensed milk 80g

Whole eggs 600g Egg yolks 190g

Cake flour 340g Corn flour 35g

Milk powder 120g Baking powder 10g

Instructions:

1. First Yihao Caramel Butter, Yihao Premium Shortening , brown sugar, and sweetened condensed milk are mixed slowly until the sugar dissolves.

2. Add whole eggs and egg yolks in batches and mix well.

3. Sift cake flour, corn flour, milk powder, and baking powder and mix slowly.

4. Fill a 15cm long, 6cm wide, and 4cm high mold to 70% full, cover, and bake.

5. After cooling, cut into 1cm thick slices and package.

Tips:

Baking temperature: 190/170℃

Baking time: 20 minutes
