Abstract

1. Mix the Yihao liquid ghee, beaten eggs, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until well combined. 2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. 3. Add the chopped walnuts to the flour and mix well. 4. Add the flour mixture to the oil mixture from step one and knead into a dough. 5. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a small ball.

Ingredients

200g all-purpose flour, 100g granulated sugar, 30g chopped walnuts

Yihao liquid shortening 110g, 20g egg

1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda

Baking Middle rack, 180 degrees, about 15 minutes.

Production process

2. Mix the flour, baking powder, and baking soda evenly and sift.
3. Add the chopped walnuts to the flour and mix well.
4. Pour the flour into the vegetable oil mixture from step one and knead into a dough.
5. Take a small piece of dough and roll it into a small ball.
6. Flatten the small balls and place them in a baking pan. Brush with a layer of egg liquid, place in a preheated oven and bake until golden brown.
