Ingredients: 250g cream cheese, 2 eggs, Yihao superior yellow butter 60g, 75g yogurt, 60g sugar, 60g low-gluten flour, 120g honey red beans
Baking: Water bath method, 180°C middle layer, up and down fire for 15 minutes, then 170°C for 30 minutes
Red Bean Cheese Cake (one 8-inch square mold)
Instructions:
1. Soften the cream cheese in a hot water bath, press it with a spatula until soft, then use a hand mixer to stir until smooth and fine, remove from heat.
2-3. Add the softened Yihao superior yellow butter and granulated sugar.
4. Add yogurt and mix well.
5. Add the whole egg liquid in several times and mix well.
6. Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.
7. Add honey red beans, do not over-mix, otherwise the red beans will dye the batter red.
8. Line the mold with oiled paper.
9. Pour in the batter and bake in a water bath (if using a loose-bottom mold, wrap it in tin foil).
180°C middle layer, up and down fire for 15 minutes, then 170°C for 30 minutes (finished product can be sprinkled with powdered sugar for decoration)
