The making of health-preserving cakes


Recipe:

Eggs: 1200g Sugar: 450g

Salt: 10g Water: 150g

Cake flour: 600g sp: 50g

Baking powder: 10g Black sesame: 150g

Yihao liquid shortening: 500g

Production process:

1. Mix whole eggs, sugar, salt, and water until the sugar dissolves.

2. Add sifted low-gluten flour, SP, and baking powder, mix well, and quickly stir until it rises to 80% before adding Yihao liquid shortening Mix well.

3. Put into a pan, sprinkle with crumbs, bake at 180°C (upper fire) and 160°C (lower fire) for about 50 minutes.
