奶酥馅料:
益豪特级无水酥油:200g
糖粉:125g 水:20g
奶粉:250g 玉米淀粉:30g
雪山皮配方:
益豪特级无水酥油:200g
奶酪酱:200g 水:200g
玉米淀粉:200g
制作过程:
1、上述配方按照甜面团的制作工艺制成面团,分成60g每个揉圆松弛20分钟,包入奶酥馅醒发
2、醒发好的面团两头挤上雪山皮,中间放上樱桃进炉烘烤约15分钟左右即可
