Job responsibilities: food production (margarine) engineer, R&D supervisor (baking industry)

1. Have been engaged in the production and processing of margarine food, responsible for the design, development and research of new products, new technologies, new materials and new processes;
2. Organize, supervise, coordinate and provide services for all aspects of company product development and improvement;
3. Formulate a new product development plan and organize its implementation, complete feasibility analysis, planned input and output, review and verification, etc.;
4. Conduct research on the technical problems that occur in the production of the company's products, find out the reasons, and provide technical support for the technical department and the production department.

Tob requirements:
Relevant work experience is preferred, familiar with food safety, food performance, nutrition, processing technology, food additives and other related professional backgrounds, familiar with the testing requirements and technical information of related products/processes in the food industry, high professional technical level and comprehensive management capabilities , With good management skills, leadership, coordination and public relations skills. Recruitment: Laboratory Technician

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sample sampling and sample preparation;
2. Do a good job of laboratory testing and sample retention of raw and auxiliary materials, process products, and finished products;
3. Complete the on-duty production process inspection and finished product warehouse inspection, and fill in the records;
4. Ensure the accuracy and validity of laboratory data, and fill in quality records carefully;
